Happy Spring!  I hope this email finds you healthy and safe! One quick update this week.

Last week, I announced the replacement of our hot water tanks, beginning March 20. Unfortunately, the required parts were not delivered timely. We now have the parts but because we need an extended time period to do the initial tank exchange (12 hours), we delayed the start of the project one week. We will start the project this Saturday, March 27 so we have an adequate window between Saturday closing and Sunday opening.

Hot Water Tank Replacement – As we continue to improve the facility, we are replacing our domestic hot water tanks that provide the hot water for our faucets and showers throughout the facility. These water tanks were well beyond repair and useful life and an exposure item for us should they fail as we cannot remain open without hot water. We are replacing with a single tank that can heat water up to 10 times faster than the current configuration. We are beginning the project on Saturday, March 27 with replacing one of the two existing tanks with our new water tank. During the transition, we will continue to have hot water but will have a reduced supply for the next 10-14 days. During this time period, you may note hot water shortage.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused but upon completion, hot water should not be an issue for us.
