Dana is a firm believer in good health and well- being. Although she only started instructing fitness classes in Winter 2013, for many years she has enjoyed & indulged in various fitness programs.
She is a certified in Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Group Power and is currently pursuing a specialty certification in Senior Fitness.
Dana loves being active. If she’s not exercising at the gym, Dana enjoys biking, rollerblading and going for an occasional hike.
She plans on expanding her fitness instructing experience and knowledge so that she can always be a positive role model, promoting a healthy & active lifestyle.
