HOW TO REGISTER

Registering for our programs is fast and easy!

  • Register Online. Visit our Online Registration Portal
  • Register In-Person. Our Member Services Team is also available to assist you in signing up for classes and programs.
  • Participants may only attend classes for which they are registered.
  • NOTE: When you register for the Fall session, you will be reserving a spot for the entire duration of the Fall session (12 weeks), though we are only billing for four weeks out at a time. If you would like to cancel, you must send in a cancelation request at least five days prior to billing, which will happen on the first of each month. Failure to provide a cancellation request will NOT result in a refund or credit. 

SPORTS SKILLS & DRILLS *NEW*

Sports Skills & Drills is designed for young athletes looking to step up their game across a variety of popular sports. Participants are challenged with exercises and movements that develop fundamental skills in soccer, basketball, and floor hockey, and more. Coaches help participants work in teams, building confidence and sportsmanship to advance to more organized levels of play. Classes are limited in size allowing our instructors to focus on each player.

MORNING MOVEMENT *NEW*

Tired of being stuck at home? This is an exciting program for boys and girls to have fun and stay active while doing so. Children will participate in a series of challenges and activities that get them up and moving no matter what! Children will learn and develop team building, trust, and communication skills.

KIDS YOGA *NEW*

This class utilizes yoga poses, exercise and play to help youth improve their muscle strength, flexibility and coordination.  With an emphasis on stretches and breathing exercises, kids will learn and experience a heightened level of focus as well as a relaxed sense of calmness. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.

SPORTS CONDITIONING *NEW*

Sports Conditioning aims to enhance the mobility, strength, and endurance of developing young athletes through safe exercises and challenging play. Trainers will engage participants in a wide range of drills that emphasize functional fitness concepts. Coaches help participants work in teams, building confidence and sportsmanship to advance to more organized levels of play. Classes are limited in size allowing our instructors to focus on each player.

RUN CLUB KIDS *NEW*

Breathe in the fall fresh air while discovering the joy of running. Learn how the simple activity of running can bring so much benefit to our minds, bodies and spirit. Coach Tara is a seasoned elite athlete who will spark joy in young athletes while teaching them proper technique, safety, and programming. Participants will meet at the outdoor YMCA turf before running together to the Havemeyer track.

MARTIAL ARTS

Tigers

Have fun meeting new friends and learn the fundamentals of Martial Arts in a non-competitive environment. Children will learn listening skills while they have fun in a kid friendly and safe environment.

Leopard

Combines fitness, self-defense, sport, discipline, and self-confidence. Leanr a variety of tactics that involve punches, kicks, blocks, take downs, and weapon defense. You will work closely with an experienced teacher while having fun and keeping fit!

Crane

Children will focus on improving self-discipline, focus, flexibility, balance, agility and body control. Class components include, one step fighting, forms, self-defense, kicking and kicking drills, sparring and flexibility training.

Novice

Improve your strength and stamina for any activity. This fun workout consists of sports drills, obstacle courses, jump rope, circuits, games and fun! Get moving!

Challenger

Class focuses on physical strength and fitness, working on body composure and coordination while enjoying a safe, fun practice of Parkour (a training discipline using movement that’s developed from military obstacle course training).

Ultimate

Looking to kick start your fitness goals? This program combines cardio and strength training while constantly challenging you by offering consistent and positive motivational support. Activities include Military style circuits, strength and flexibility stations using their own body weight, obstacle courses, ball games, jump ropes, and more.
