Boxing helps our youth to play positive roles in their community through self-discipline and character development. We help students develop strong bodies, minds, and hearts. Youth and teens work directly with an experienced coach and learn balance, foot work, defensive, and offensive skills.

Adaptive programs provide children and adults with physical limitations and other special needs the chance to play sports and participate in learning opportunities in a fun atmosphere. Participants are taught the fundamentals of basketball through drills and games. Enjoy a unique social opportunity to play basketball while making new friends.
